The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old ALFREDO FARIAS JR (pictured).
According to the sheriff’s office, on August 5, 2024, deputies responded to the 500 block of Shagbark in South Bexar County to investigate an animal cruelty case.
Upon arrival, they found “a pony and a horse confined in a makeshift stable that was not suitable for livestock”, said the sheriff’s office.
As soon as the deputies unlocked the stable, the pony and the horse quickly ran to a grassy area showing obvious signs of hunger.
The deputies said that FARIAS admitted he was aware of the poor conditions but did not seek medical attention.
The pony and the horse were immediately removed and taken to a recovery facility for treatment and care.
FARIAS was placed under arrest and charged with cruelty to livestock animals.

By the looks of your pic, you certainly do not miss any meals! He is definitely a selfish monster who must never be permitted to ever be in contact with ANY & ALL animals for the remainder of his pathetic existence! I pray these two innocent souls get the care & love they so deserve.
