Cisco Police finally have in custody BOBBY DAYTON SANDERSON (pictured below).
SANDERSON had been wanted for multiple charges for cruelty to animals since November.
Cisco Police Chief Kenneth Preston told KTAB and KRBC that SANDERSON abandoned a mother dog and her babies in a place where they had no access to food.
When the furbabies were discovered, they were so malnourished that Chief Preston said they were almost dead.
Chief Preston said: “We picked those dogs up and nourished them back to health and we've adopted every one of them out to people who wanted to care for them."
SANDERSON was tracked down on Thursday, January 7, by the Brown County Sheriff's office.
He was charged with 8 counts of animal cruelty, with a total bond of $64,000.
