Mr. Kendall Diwisch is a Canadian oil worker and on Wednesday, January 22, while he was inspecting wells near Tomahawk in Alberta, he saw three kittens stuck in the snow.
Mr. Diwisch got out of the vehicle and walked toward them.
He realized that their tails were tangled with each other and trapped in the snow, so he went back to the car and got a cup with some warm coffee inside.
He then poured the coffee on the kittens' tiny paws and tails and was able to free the frozen babies.
It’s likely that they had been abandoned and were there since the night before.
He posted on his Facebook page pictures and the video of the rescue, but, most importantly our hero wrote that: “All three little rascals went to their new home today where they get to be together instead of separating them. All three are eating and drinking and very energetic. Thanks for everyone’s consideration and offering to take them very appreciated.”
The awesome news was also posted on the Cause for Critters Facebook page.
The nonprofit wrote: “For those that saw the story about the three kittens frozen to the snow, we are happy to say that they are happily in their new home. We got a visit from them the other day.
Thank you to Kendall for rescuing them and to the Trider family for taking them in. We are so happy that their story will have an amazing end. 💚”
Thank you, Mr. Diwisch for rescuing three lives. You are a great Man!
