Authorities arrested 50-years-old CHRISTOPHER LEE GREENWOOD (pictured below) after he intentionally injured a defenseless small puppy.
The furbaby’s guardian told police that GREENWOOD grabbed her pup and twisted her body around with his hands.
According to KXII, the affidavit states the puppy was then lethargic, wouldn’t eat or drink, and was visibly in pain.
Sadly, the furbaby died from the injuries inflicted on her.
The Atoka PD kindly responded to my email and I learned that the furbaby was a mixed breed of approximately 1 year old, and that GREENWOOD’s preliminary hearing is slated for the morning of September 8, 2021.
