The Asheville Police Department have arrested 29-year-old DAKOTA ANDREW SMITH-ROTH (pictured below).
SMITH-ROTH was arrested on Thursday, February 18, for striking a small puppy with a closed fist and throwing the furbaby against a brick wall.
Another coward that goes after a small breathing being unable to fight back!!!
SMITH-ROTH was charged with cruelty to animals and is being held on a $3,000 bond in the Buncombe County Detention Center.
Upon release, the coward’s ordered to avoid all contact with any animals.
The Department wrote in a Facebook post that the “puppy is now in safe hands thanks to the help of a community member.”
The evil coward is scheduled to be in court on April 8, 2021.
