Mr. Brian James (pictured below) is a licensed hiking guide and a drone pilot with a big heart.
He came across the online flyer put up by Gary and Debbie Morgan (pictured below) after their dog went missing.
The Morgans’ furbaby, a 16-month old Golden Retriever named Meadow, was last seen in a wooded area in Andes, New York, in early November.
Brian decided to join the search and traveled to Andes.
He told ABC News: “I’m realizing that [it] might be easy to see her from the air if we find her before snow [falls].”
Brian used the drone to canvass the trees around where Meadow was last spotted and guess what?
He came upon a patch of white.
Once he realized that was Meadow, he rushed to the spot.
He called for Meadow and she ran to me. Thankfully, she was not injured.
Needless to say, the Morgans greatly expressed their gratitude to this hero who brought their baby back home!
They told World News Tonight: “[We’re] just so grateful for Brian for showing up when he did and being able to rescue her.”
Brian humbly said: “Everybody’s got the capability to help. You never know what will come of it.”
Thank you, Brian!
