Jasper Police Department have arrested the owner of the Jasper dog training facility Ethan’s K-9 Solutions on 611 E 6th St, Jasper, IN 47546.
Following an investigation, 29-year-old ETHAN ROSE (pictured below), was arrested on three counts of animal cruelty and obstruction.
Authorities say that in August police received a complaint about animals possibly being neglected while in ROSE’s care.
In late July, a dog’s guardian, after picking up his dog from ROSE’s facility had to take the furbaby to a veterinarian where the poor baby was diagnosed with dehydration and was found underweight.
During the investigation police learned that on August 14, employees of the Ethan’s K-9 Solution discovered a deceased dog at the facility.
Five days later, they found another dead dog.
According to police, ROSE threatened witnesses to not speak to law enforcement.
A necropsy performed on both furbabies determined they had died of dehydration.
An arrest warrant for ROSE and search warrant for the facility was granted on Wednesday, December 16.
ROSE was located by police at the facility the following day and was taken into custody.
ETHAN ROSE, of 9979 Dewey Street, Otwell, was booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
