TERRAZAS is accused of killing a dog by hitting the furbaby with a metal rod.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’ Office press release, on Monday, February 15, deputies responded to an animal cruelty report at a residence in the 19000 block of Tierra Drive in Tornillo.

Upon arrival, deputies learned from the dog’s guardian that their dog had been murdered by a male that resided in the same neighborhood.

That male was TERRAZAS.

The dog’s guardian told deputies that TERRAZAS had struck the furbaby with a metal rod and the furbaby sadly succumbed to the injuries he/she sustained.

TERRAZAS was arrested on Wednesday, February 17, at his home on suspicion of cruelty to a non-livestock animal.

He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $50,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office did not release further details on the case.
