On December 8, in the parking lot of Modern Food Store, on the 13000 block of Northborough Drive, in Houston, 21-year-old GABRIEL POSEY (pictured below), senselessly and cruelly shot a stray dog to death!
Click2Houston reports that the store’s surveillance camera captured a brown-and-gray dog walking in the parking lot and POSEY standing on the premises.
According to court records, POSEY leaves the area only to return wearing a white clown mask.
The video from the surveillance camera shows POSEY walking toward the furbaby while carrying a black handgun and shooting the poor dog 10-15 times.
He then fled the scene like a true coward!
Police were called, and responding officers collected the shell casings from the crime scene.
After reviewing the footage from the surveillance camera, investigators identified the shooter based on the previous video, which showed him without the mask.
The murderer was later identified from previous mugshots, That made it possible to track him and arrest him the same day.
According to court documents, the murderer confessed to the shooting.
Officers confiscated the clown mask and the jacket POSEY was wearing when he murdered the defenseless dog.
The murderer was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal, carrying a weapon on liquor license premises, deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, and evading arrest.
He needs to be charged with murder since he took a life!!!
The murderer’s bond was set at a total of $31,500.
Click2Houston reports that the murderer’s first court appearance has been set for January 5, 2021.
Stray animals constantly struggle to find shelter in extreme weather conditions, they struggle to find food, they are exposed to abuse, traffic hazards, and much more!
You don’t have to love animals, you don’t have to feel sorry for them, but at least do not hurt them!!!
