JAHLIL MCNEAL indicted on animal cruelty charges for throwing four dogs over the fence of a shelter

- New Jersey, USA -

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced that on November 13, 2024, an Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted 23-year-old JAHLIL MCNEAL (pictured via Facebook), on several counts of animal cruelty, witness tampering, and theft of services.

MCNEAL is accused of abandoning multiple Pitbulls “by throwing them over the fence at the Humane Society of Atlantic County, located next to Route 30”, on two separate occasions, according to the press release by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.

The first incident happened on April 8, 2024, and the second one occurred on July 15, 2024.

Both times MCNEAL dumped the Voiceless Victims during the middle of the night when the shelter was closed.

During the first incident, MCNEAL was caught by security cameras tossing three Pitbulls, and during the July incident, security cameras caught MCNEAL throwing his female Pitbull mix who at the time was named Brenda. Brenda landed on her side and was found with scars and missing patches of fur.

As stated in the press release, when staff arrived at the shelter, they found Brenda “to have severe scarring from some form of chemical or temperature burns on large sections of her back.”

Although Brenda was immediately seen by a vet and treated, her injuries were significant and left permanent scarring.

The Atlantic County Humane Society then posted the videos of the incidents on their social media pages and members of the public were able to identify MCNEAL as the individual seen throwing the defenseless dogs over the fence.

Following an investigation conducted by the Atlantic City Police Department, MCNEAL was apprehended on August 10, 2024, after a traffic stop along the 1100 block of Baltic Avenue in Atlantic City. He was charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty for each of the four dogs he abandoned. Due to the permanent scarring on Brenda’s back, MCNEAL was indicted for failure to provide the requisite veterinary care for her, resulting in bodily injury. He was additionally charged with theft of services and witness tampering.

MCNEAL was transported to the Atlantic County Justice Facility where he remained for just a few hours and then released with monitoring.

BreakingAC.com reports that MCNEAL “violated that supervised release last month, when he allegedly pushed his pregnant girlfriend to the ground and fled with her cell phone, according to new charges he faces.”

People like this POS SCUM should not be allowed to even be in the presence of animals ever again on their pathetic lifetime.

These babies are now in my prayers as all animals are every single day!

This sadist monster must be held responsible!
