JEFFREY LEE JOHNSON had twenty-two pitties & was only charged with one felony & one misdemeanor?! These fur babies were chained outside in the elements with painful sores & cuts. There is no excuse why this pathetic excuse of a human should get any breaks. He sure as hell didn’t offer any to the twenty-two puppies.
