Following an animal neglect and abuse investigation, Putnam County Sheriff Deputies arrested 57-years-old PATRICIA ANN DESROSIERS and 49-years-old JAMES LEWIS MCLOON (both pictured below).
Deputies found multiple dogs who were being kept in small cages with no food or water.
First Coast News reports that when the dogs were found, they were emaciated and covered in fleas, ticks, and their own excrement.
Deputies said the poor dogs were never let out of the cages to exercise.
On January 7, DESROSIERS and MCLOON, both listed at Swan Avenue in Interlachen, were booked into the Putnam County Jail on over 30 charges for animal abuse.
MCLOON is also facing drugs related charges.
Officials did not release additional information about this case.

Thank goodness these puppies were rescued. By looking at the mugshots of these two, surprise isn’t my first response, more like no wonder. Please keep these two monsters as far away from any animal as possible. Get better pretty babies.
