RAVON SERVICE, notorious animal abuser, arrested – Emaciated mama dog and her babies rescued by NYPD

Updated: Nov 30, 2022

- New York, USA -

As I always say: “Animal abusers are toxic. Toxic people do not change, they only change their victims.”

Do you remember 27-years-old RAVON SERVICE (pictured)? In September 2021, the NYPD's Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad removed from his residence twenty dogs, from puppies to adults, who were found in deplorable condition, without food or water, and chained to a radiator and a dishwasher.

Let’s fast forward to Saturday, November 26, 2022, when NYPD’s 104 Precinct rescued from SERVICE’s car an extremely emaciated Great Dane mama dog and her seven abused puppies!

NYPD’s 104 Precinct’s Tweet reads: “Last night your 104 NCOs rescued this malnourished mother & her 7 puppies, after discovering the dogs inside a vehicle during a car stop on Woodhaven blvd. The owner was charged with several animal cruelty offenses.

Mom & puppies are currently in the care of an animal hospital.”

The NYPD’s 104 Precinct’s spokesperson tells me that officers pulled over SERVICE on the early afternoon of Saturday, on Woodhaven Boulevard because of a loud exhaust system on his vehicle.

In an email I was told: “Upon the car stop, officers observed an emaciated dog and several puppies in a container with no access to food, water or adequate space.”

The puppies were crammed into a small plastic container and as the heartbreaking picture shows, their mom had her ribs protruding from her sides.

SERVICE, of Ashton Road, PA, is charged with eight counts of Torture/Injure/Not Feed Animal torture to an animal, eight counts Neglect of Impounded Animal, seven counts of Animal Carried in Cruel Manner, and Unreasonable Noise.

New York City Councilman Robert Holden congratulated NYPD’s 104 Precinct Officers Candelaria and Sheehan for rescuing the VOICELESS VICTIMS. Referring to SERVICE, he wrote: “People like this should never see the light of day, yet we release them back to the public to continue their crimes.”

Bless the NYPD’s 104 Precinct for recognizing & rescuing Momma & her babies. Now please lock this scum up & never allow him to ever have the capacity to harm another animal!!!
