The Cobb County Police Department finally identified and arrested the savage who was caught on video abusing a dog unable to dial 911 to report the abuse, unable to defend him/herself, and that had to rely on witnesses and cameras to be rescued!
WSBTV published the gut-wrenching video that surfaced on the Ring Security Camera App and that understandably sparked outrage.
The video showed a male verbally and physically abusing a dog outside an apartment door. The Voiceless Victim can be seen cowering every time the male gets closer. At some point, the savage opens the door and before walking into the apartment, he kicks the furvictim who can be heard crying in pain.
WSBTV reports that several concerned residents in Cobb County contacted Channel 2 Action News as well as Animal Services and the authorities. Detective David Whitley with Cobb County Animal Services then launched an investigation. Thankfully, many valuable tips came in which ultimately led to the identification and subsequent arrest of 27-year-old TYRELL LEWIS MOLINAR.
Cobb County Animal Services took the dog from MOLINAR and said he/she is in “good shape”, reports WSBTV.
Online arrest records show that MOLINAR was arrested on July 22, 2024, and at the time of writing, records show that he’s being held in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on one MISDEMEANOR count of animal cruelty.

Another coward bully cruelly taking out his inadequacies on an innocent soul! I am thrilled they not only identified this human trash but that his worthless self is still behind bars. Bless this precious soul & I pray he/she will have a loving & safe home with a family that appreciates him/her.
