- Florida, USA -
On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey personally walked to jail another sorry excuse for a human being for animal cruelty. While 29-years-old HELENE MARYLINE MURRAY (pictured), was in a police vehicle waiting to make her way behind bars, Sheriff Ivey said: “Folks this one is one of the worst I have ever seen in my entire life, and I know you have heard me saying that before, but this one takes the cake.”
MURRAY is accused of intentionally killing an innocent dog by throwing a rock onto a busy street, onto an upcoming car, knowing the dog would chase the rock. The vehicle inevitably hit and killed the furbaby.
Sheriff Ivey said MURRAY was caught on video breaking the window of her neighbor’s car. The neighbor’s dog was there, minding his own business when MURRAY picked up a rock, and threw it on to the heavily traveled U.S. Highway 1 luring the dog to his death. MURRAY admitted to her despicable actions. The video posted by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office does not show the graphic and devastating part where the furbaby was killed.
MURRAY is facing multiple charges including Felony aggravated animal cruelty and is being held in the Brevard County Jail.
Court records show that MURRAY will be in court on December 15, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. before Judge Michelle Baker.
Sheriff Ivey said: “There’s only one place for somebody who intentionally causes the death of an animal – right here at the Brevard County Jail.”
Sheriff Ivey, I disagree. The place that I have in mind is hot, does not have comforts, and has the highest flames!
