- New York, USA -
An innocent male Pug puppy named Goji lost his precious life at the hands of a savage identified as 48-year-old TIMOTHY D. BROWN aka TIMMIE BROWN (pictured).
On February 26, 2025, the Buffalo City Police Department received a call about a deceased puppy found at a home on Shields Avenue. The caller also shared the home with BROWN.
According to the press release by the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, authorities learned that BROWN “intentionally” struck Goji multiple times resulting in his death.
The savage was arrested and charged with one felony count of aggravated cruelty to animals and one count of harassment in the second degree (violation).
On February 27, 2025, the murderer was arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Carrie Phillips and then released on his own recognizance as the charges are non-qualifying offenses for bail.
A temporary protection order has been issued for the human victim, along with a “no animal” order that prohibits BROWN from “owning” or caring for any animals while the case is ongoing.
BROWN is due back in court on the morning of Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 9:30.
If convicted of the most serious charge, he could face up to ONLY two years in prison and then he will be free to resume his pathetic and useless existence.
Goji, on the other hand, won’t have a second life!
I asked the Erie County District Attorney’s Office how old Goji was and I was told: “We do not have an exact age for the deceased dog – approximately 5 months to 12 months old, which is why we referred to him as a puppy.” To my question regarding the details of the incident, the answer was: “Also, we cannot disclose any details about the cause of death due to the ongoing investigation as a necropsy has not been completed at this time.”
